June 2025
June was a month full of rain and storms. We got the rain; many others got the storms.
Everything was very lush.
Everything is in bloom.
The Peonies
The poppies
The pansies
The iris
And the shrubs
Including the mock orange
And then there are the evening primrose or as we call them the “four o’clocks”.
The marigolds
A plethora of squirrels, including one resting from the heat.
But also, plenty of chipmunks and birds.
Like the Gold Finches
And, finally, the river.
